Beware the Brindlebeast and other Stories
is the quintessential read-aloud picture book, beautifully written and illustrated by the gifted, Anita Riggio.

The National Theatre of the Deaf celebrates its 40th Anniversary
by performing this warm-hearted tale where children hang on every suspenseful turn, and adults detect an underlying message: The way we deal with our personal beasts has everything to do with the quality of our lives.

Children are encouraged to attend the performance.

At the workshop, actors from The National Theater of the Deaf discuss Deaf history and culture and give demonstrations of the techniques used in developing their performances.

Refreshments served.
