Please include the following information in a legible manner
on your faxed ticket requests:

Event Name,
Event Date,
Event Time,
Number of Tickets,
Ticket Price,
Name of Disabled Person,
Day and Evening Telephone Number,
Credit Card Number and Expiration Date,
Ticket Delivery Method
(Federal Express $10 fee or Hold at Box Office).

You will be contacted regarding the status of your order within a week.
